Whitbread is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member for the Banbury Premier Inn. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner, ensuring guests have a smooth stay. The role includes evenings, weekends, and busy periods.

No hotel experience is required, and a friendly, calm disposition is valued. The position is permanent with 25 guaranteed hours per week, located at Banbury (M40, J11) Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.

• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
