Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Royal Tunbridge Wells is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner while maintaining friendly, attentive service throughout shifts that include evenings and weekends.

No hotel experience is required; training will be provided. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours, room to grow, and benefits through Whitbread.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
