Job summary

Premier Inn in Witney is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help ensure a smooth stay by serving breakfast or dinner and addressing guest questions.

No prior hotel experience is required; you'll receive training as you join a close-knit team. The role includes evenings and weekends with 16 guaranteed hours per week and a FTC until 11/11/2026, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude to guests.
• Ability to stay calm when it's busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner to guests.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
