Whitbread's Ashington Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent basis. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and ensure their stay runs smoothly. Shifts include evenings and weekends with 20 guaranteed hours per week, at up to £13.06 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and alcohol handling
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure each guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
