Job summary

Premier Inn Reading Central is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in and provide friendly service across meals. This permanent role offers 15 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, based in Reading, Berkshire.

You’ll be the first and last person guests meet, assisting with breakfast, dinner, and guest inquiries. No hotel experience required; full training and a supportive Whitbread team await.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; you’ll welcome guests, assist check-in and help ensure a smooth stay.
• Friendly, helpful and able to stay calm when busy; training provided.
• Permanent contract; 15 guaranteed hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and, where needed, work behind the bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
