Job summary

Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help guests enjoy breakfast or dinner. The role guarantees 25 hours per week under a fixed-term contract until 05/11/2026, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Pay is up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, and you’ll join a friendly team at Hutton Moor Road, Weston-Super-Mare.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
