Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a friendly Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service while keeping public areas welcoming. You’ll be part of a team that ensures guests have a smooth stay.

There’s no requirement for hotel experience; candidates from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, or customer service are encouraged to apply. Shifts include evenings and weekends in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is valued but not required.
• No hotel experience necessary; transferable skills from retail, cafés or restaurants are welcome.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy periods.

Responsibilities
