Job summary

Premier Inn Tiverton is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll be part of a busy, friendly hotel team across reception, restaurant and public areas.

No prior hotel experience is required; we’ll train you. The role includes evenings, weekends and busy periods, with a permanent contract and full training from day one, plus Whitbread benefits and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
