Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Receptionist for Wotton House, Surrey. You will greet guests warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and ensure memorable stays with a personal touch and local recommendations.

You’ll join a welcoming team, handle enquiries, and collaborate with departments to deliver a seamless guest experience on a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is essential, ideally within a Reception or Front Office environment.
• Experience using Opera would be an advantage, although training on our systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and completing smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Responding to enquiries, requests and guest feedback with confidence and care.
• Handling calls, emails, reservations and payments accurately.
• Sharing knowledge of the hotel, dining experiences and local area.
• Working closely with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Keeping Reception welcoming, organised and beautifully presented.
• Bringing our Wonderfully Wotton personality and service standards to every interaction.
