Job summary
RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Receptionist for Wotton House. You’ll be the first face guests see and the last they remember, delivering a warm, confident welcome from arrival to departure.
Experience in a hotel front office is essential; Opera knowledge is a bonus. You’ll handle check-ins, inquiries and bookings with care, working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to create memorable stays. RBH offers a supportive team and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Friendly, confident and enjoys helping people.
- Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
- Previous hotel experience in a Reception or Front Office environment is essential.
- Opera knowledge is a bonus; training will be provided.
- Able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and handling smooth check-ins/outs.
- Answering inquiries, requests and guest feedback with care.
- Managing calls, emails, reservations and payments accurately.
- Sharing knowledge of the hotel, dining options and local area.
- Collaborating with other departments for a seamless guest experience.
- Keeping Reception neat, welcoming and well-presented.
- Projecting the Wonderfully Wotton personality in every interaction.
