Job summary

Kauai is inviting applications for 4 full-time Team Members in a vibrant London-area location. You will play a key role in welcoming every member and guest, preparing fresh food and drinks to high standards, and supporting a seamless member experience within a premium wellness-focused environment.

Role includes using POS systems, maintaining hygiene, following allergen procedures, and collaborating with teams across Food & Beverage and Virgin Active to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or food service is desirable.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Food Allergy and Intolerance Training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly and genuine service to every member and guest.
• Prepare food and beverages to brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens and nutritional information.
• Recommend products and provide an exceptional customer experience through confident service.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
