Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to support hiring across our EMEA and APAC go-to-market teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting for enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing roles while partnering with senior leaders to craft effective hiring strategies.

You will build proactive sourcing plans, manage candidates through interviews, and provide market insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A track record of successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying roles.
• Experience recruiting within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology environments.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing roles.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teams.
• Manage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experience.
• Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruiting processes.
