Chainalysis is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring for Engineering & Product roles across EMEA. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role where you’ll build pipelines, engage top technical talent in AI, crypto, and fintech, and partner with hiring managers to move candidates quickly through a rigorous interview process.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of hiring technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers, Product Managers).

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing for AI, crypto, and fintech roles, including Software Engineers.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for R&D roles in a high-volume requisition load.
• Deliver a thoughtful, personalised candidate experience at every step.
• Partner with R&D leaders to calibrate expectations with market insights and compensation.
