Job summary

Chainalysis is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring for Engineering & Product roles in our EMEA locations. This high‑volume, outbound‑heavy role focuses on building pipeline for AI, Crypto, and Fintech talent.

You'll manage a full requisition load, partner with R&D leaders, and move fast to bring strong software engineers, data scientists, researchers, and product managers onto the team. You will champion diversity and inclusion and use data to improve pipeline health and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring technical talent.
• Proven outbound sourcing ability building your own pipeline.
• High AI proficiency for building pipeline proactively, workflows, processes, and documentation.
• Experience recruiting technical talent within SaaS, AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity sectors.
• Consistently used data to inform decision making and advise hiring managers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing across AI, crypto, and fintech to find software engineers today.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referrals and community outreach.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for R&D roles, from intake to offer negotiation across a high-volume load.
• Deliver a thoughtful, personalised candidate experience and move applicants efficiently through the process.
• Partner with R&D leaders to calibrate expectations, share market insights, and flag risks early.
• Use data on pipeline health and channel effectiveness to guide decisions and champion diversity.
