Job summary

Anthropic Limited in London is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for either G&A or GTM teams across EMEA. You will source, screen, and close candidates, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

You'll collaborate with the Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close, using data to track pipeline health and inform decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring across EMEA.
• Proven track record closing strong candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A or GTM roles across EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and calibrate the bar.
• Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates.
• Run structured interview processes and maintain candidate experience.
• Manage candidates through the process with clear communication.
• Collaborate with Talent, People Partners, and Compensation on offers.
• Use data to track pipeline health and inform hiring decisions.
