Job summary

Stripe is seeking a consultative recruiter to grow and scale our Go-to-Market team across the EMEA region. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (in-house preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with business proficiency.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to identify and engage top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and refine recruiting processes.
• Flexible and able to shift tasks and priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop GTM recruitment strategies in EMEA.
• Propose and implement scalable changes to improve recruiting efficacy and reach.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership for transparency and alignment with goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to engage top talent for current and future roles.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends in the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
