Chainalysis in London is seeking a Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to own full-cycle recruiting for our Go-To-Market teams across EMEA and APAC. You will partner with senior leaders to design hiring strategies, build proactive pipelines in SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, and crypto spaces, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teams.
• Manage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experience.
• Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruiting processes.
