Bloomreach is seeking a program leader to own the AI SDR program end-to-end, spanning inbound and outbound across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will determine which agents engage, when humans step in, and what the pipeline looks like, while proving ROI to executives.

You will work with SDRs and their leaders to fix quality, prioritization, and handover issues, using AI, process changes, or better definitions. Global scope and tech fluency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading GTM programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with AI workflows in production and automation.
• Ability to build and explain ROI models and live dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Own the AI SDR program end-to-end, across inbound and outbound for multiple regions.
• Define enrollment logic and ensure ROI is clearly reported to leadership.
• Collaborate with SDRs and sales leaders to fix lead quality and handover context.
• Set direction for agents vs humans in the enrollment and pipeline process.
• Drive signal-based enrollment and continuous improvement of the program.
• Deliver fully automated reporting and enable decision-making through data.
