Job summary

Celonis seeks a Global Lead, GTM Strategy and Planning to steer Celonis' annual and multi-year go-to-market planning across Sales, Marketing, and Services. You will design integrated territory and segmentation strategies and set resource allocation to balance growth with profitability.

You will coordinate senior stakeholders, maintain planning frameworks, and drive programs like Global Accounts and New Logo strategy, while delivering critical dashboards and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in SaaS and AI-oriented tech companies in GTM strategy, sales planning, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
• Deep expertise in territory planning, segmentation strategy, and account assignment; proven planning process design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual GTM planning process across functions to balance growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain territory and segment strategy to optimize pipeline, ACV/ARR, and team productivity.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and lead programs like Global Accounts, New Logo, and market expansion.
