Formación

• Experience building or managing outbound prospecting workflows and GTM automation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and data enrichment technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to inform decisions with data.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows.
• Excellent communication to translate technical ideas into business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize outbound systems that identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.
• Own pipeline generation with targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and automated workflows to drive qualified opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline lead research, enrich data, personalize messaging, and improve outbound efficiency.
• Design and run GTM experiments across segments, messaging, and channels to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop scalable prospecting workflows using Clay, Apollo, CRM platforms, and other sales technologies.
• Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to continuously improve targeting and pipeline quality.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine ICP and turn experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.
