Job summary

Zone & Co. is a remote-first, global software consulting company building an AI-enabled GTM platform for NetSuite finance workflows.

We are seeking a GTM Engineering leader to own data, integrations, and automation powering scalable pipeline generation and to mentor a growing team of engineers and BDRs turned GTM engineers. You will design data flows, implement enrichment, and drive governance and cost controls from day one, with a focus on measurable outcomes like pipeline and conversion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on GTM automation and integrations.
• Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment/workflow platform.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proven experience applying LLMs to revenue workflows.
• Understanding of sales qualification frameworks and multi‑touch attribution.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, data quality, and compliance (GDPR/CAN‑SPAM).
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Data and integrations: connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, and AI to keep account and contact data accurate.
• Automation: build inbound lead scoring, routing, and response workflows; outbound list building and tracking.
• AI and experimentation: design agentic workflows, run experiments, and report on metrics.
• Team enablement: guide BDRs as they transition into GTM engineering.
• Governance, quality, and compliance: design safeguards, document and test releases, manage cost and security.
