Qualifications

• Production coding experience with Python or TypeScript.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical degree from a leading university.
• Practical LLM experience (agents, tool use, retrieval, evaluation).
• Proven automation experience near sales/marketing.
• Commercial instinct for funnels and metrics.
• Data quality skills: enrichment, deduplication, anomaly detection.
• High ownership and ability to collaborate with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Maintain UK agency market view, automation of sourcing and scoring, CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
• Marketing: Build core systems for audience data and delivery tooling, own inbound capture end-to-end, produce trusted reports for channel decisions.
• Data & Business: Treat data as a product, automate onboarding/CS/finance/hiring, build internal tools with monitoring and documentation.

GTM Engineer - London | £40-60k + Equity

Hexwired has partnered with a company who are an AI Start up and are already excelling in their field. They are looking for a GTM Engineer who will help to build a product that customers trust within a company built on AI.

The main responsibilities for the GTM Engineer in London are focus on revenue: the systems behind lead generation and pipeline, so the sales team starts each day with the best data available, presented so they can act on it in seconds rather than assemble it themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Maintain a definitive UK agency market view (who, size, CRM, decision-makers, weekly changes).
• Automate sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and scoring to prioritize sales lists.
• Automate selling admin: pre-call briefs, CRM hygiene, follow-ups, call notes, proposals, pipeline reporting.

Marketing

• Build core systems (audience data, delivery tooling, channel tracking), not campaigns.
• Own inbound capture end-to-end, measured in minutes.
• Produce trusted reporting for channel decisions.

Data & Business

• Treat commercial data as a product: accurate, current, deduplicated, traceable, GDPR-compliant, action-oriented.
• Identify and automate costly manual processes across onboarding, CS, finance, and hiring.
• Build and maintain adopted internal tools with monitoring, error handling, checkpoints, and documentation.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Production coding experience (Python/TypeScript), API/data fluency, SQL capability.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical degree from a leading university.
• Practical LLM experience (agents, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, unattended workflows) with evidence.
• Proven business-critical automation experience, ideally near sales/marketing.
• Commercial instinct for funnels and key metrics.
• Data quality skills: enrichment, matching, deduplication, anomaly detection.
• High ownership, shipping bias, and ability to collaborate with non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to translate business issues into actionable insights.
