Didero is hiring a GTM Engineer to help build scalable outbound systems that identify and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain. You’ll own pipeline generation, combine targeted prospecting with automated workflows, and leverage AI to streamline lead research and messaging.

Formación

• 1–3+ years in growth, GTM engineering, sales ops or related.
• Experience building outbound prospecting workflows and GTM automation.
• Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement tools and data enrichment tech.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows.
• Strong communication skills translating tech ideas into business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize outbound systems to identify and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.
• Own pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and automated workflows.
• Leverage AI and automation to research leads, enrich data, personalize messaging, and improve outreach efficiency.
• Design GTM experiments across customer segments, messaging, and channels.
• Develop scalable prospecting workflows using Clay, Apollo, CRMs, and sales tech.
• Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to improve targeting and pipeline quality.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine ICP and scale successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.
