Job summary

Nylon is hiring a GTM Engineer to own data pipelines, CRM health, and integrations across the GTM stack. You will automate data flows, build enrichment processes, and connect tools to ensure seamless information flow for the sales team.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of sales operations, data, and automation, reporting to the Head of Go-to-Market. Collaboration with AEs, SDRs, and marketing is core to success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in revenue or sales operations, growth engineering, or data roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building outreach lists with scraping/enrichment tools like Clay.
• Strong CRM administration with data model design and hygiene.
• Proficient SQL and BI experience (e.g., Metabase).
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Practical use of LLMs in real workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines to find, enrich and deliver prospect data.
• Keep the CRM clean, make integrations with GTM stack, and automate data flows.
• Design enrichment flows to verify contacts and score leads.
• Use AI tooling to research accounts at scale and personalize inputs.
• Document stack architecture and train team on its use.
