Job summary

Oritain is seeking a GTM Engineer to join the Growth Marketing team in London. You will own the go-to-market engine across the lab network, integrating websites, SEO, tracking and marketing automation under the Oritain brand, and shaping data pipelines and lead scoring for high- quality pipelines.

You’ll centralise the marketing backend in HubSpot, advance AI-powered workflows, and collaborate with sales and revenue operations on routing and targeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in demand generation, growth engineering, marketing operations or performance and digital marketing, ideally in B2B.
• Hands-on ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Instantly or Smartlead.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude to build workflows and automation.
• Comfortable with technical details from CMS, tracking and SEO to email deliverability infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital integration of our lab network under the Oritain brand.
• Centralise our marketing backend in HubSpot and evolve it towards AI workflows.
• Build enrichment waterfalls and intent-signal workflows to sharpen targeting.
• Structure data pipelines connecting external data sources, AI models and CRM; own lead scoring.
• Design nurture journeys for supplier and buyer audiences and manage outbound infrastructure.
