Job summary

FitPoint Talent seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led Home Care team in the UK. You will partner with the Home Care division to develop strategy, own business reviews and planning, and drive the operational rhythm of metrics across the UK business.

With 10+ years in leadership roles, you will accelerate growth, guide cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with executives to shape how we work while delivering meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector.
• Experience as a senior executive within a multi-site or multi-Unit head-office team in an entrepreneurial environment or in operating/supporting franchises would be highly valued.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
