Mandeville is seeking an Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive to join our national distribution team for construction products. The role focuses on growing sales, managing existing accounts, and developing new business while maintaining excellent customer service and strong product knowledge.

The successful candidate will drive enquiries, quotations and sales administration, building long-term relationships across the branch area and beyond, with clear progression and training

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales and customer service experience within a sales environment.
• Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem solving ability.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximise growth of sales within the branch and surrounding area.
• Manage a ledger of existing accounts and build customer relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and call lapsed and dormant accounts.
• Answer general enquiries, advise product availability, delivery dates etc.
• Issue quotations in response to enquiries.
• General sales administration.
• Ensure outstanding levels of customer service at all times.
