Job summary

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is recruiting for an Internal Account Manager in Aylesford. The role is predominantly office-based, focusing on managing and growing existing accounts, building strong customer relationships and delivering high service levels.

Quarterly visits to customers help deepen understanding of their requirements, with comprehensive product and system training provided. Ideal candidates have prior internal account management experience and are comfortable learning bespoke

Qualifications

• Previous internal account management experience is the priority.
• Experience in manufacturing, water, food, ports/aviation or other B2B environments is beneficial.
• Comfortable using computer systems; willing to learn bespoke software.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Identify opportunities and ensure customers receive high levels of service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and develop accounts.
• Visit existing customers approximately once a quarter to strengthen relationships.
