Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Growth Manager – eCommerce to scale our European online business from Canary Wharf, London. You will work with the Head of eCommerce to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion, retention, and build scalable reporting frameworks across paid media, CRM, and analytics.

The role spans performance marketing, CRM support, experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, trading, and tech teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years hands-on performance marketing in ecommerce or high-growth brands.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or TikTok Shopping.
  • Comfortable using GA4 and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset translating data into decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition across Google Shopping, Meta, and collaborate with TikTok agency partners.
  • Identify conversion improvements, optimise campaigns, and scale retargeting.
  • Support CRM, lifecycle marketing, EDMs, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with EU teams to support launches and align marketing activation windows.
