Job summary

POP MART, a global leader in trend culture based in Canary Wharf, London, seeks a commercially minded professional to drive business performance through sales analysis, consumer insights, and financial planning for its European business.

Reporting to the Merchandising department, you will analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, budgeting, and profitability, collaborating with Retail Operations, Finance, Marketing and Business Development to ensure data-driven strategies and sustainable margins

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Controlling, Commercial Analysis, or Management Consulting.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting & Tracking: establish daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards across stores, vending, and e-commerce.
• Consumer Insights: analyse purchasing patterns and demographics to guide product assortment.
• Product Performance Deep-Dive: SKU-level analysis to identify winning and slow-moving items.
• Market Intelligence: benchmark markets against regional trends and competition.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: align forecasts with inventory and targets.
• P&L Management & Variance Analysis: monitor profitability and explain gaps.
