POP MART is looking for a Growth Manager – eCommerce to drive the growth of its European online business. This role is a unique opportunity to shape customer acquisition strategies and optimise performance across paid channels like Google and Meta. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with eCommerce, and is adept in analytical tools such as GA4. Competenze

• 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within eCommerce or DTC.
• Comfortable using GA4 and performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of acquisition and conversion optimisation.
