Job summary

Candidate Ltd in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to own the online trading strategy from first click to checkout and beyond. You will lead CRO, analytics and international expansion across Europe, while managing P&L and coordinating with marketing, logistics and finance.

The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce, strong Shopify skills, GA4 experience, and a data-driven mindset to turn insight into action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an e-commerce management role
• Strong Shopify experience (essential)
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience with CRO, merchandising and online promotions
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• International or multi-territory e-commerce experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce trading calendar, launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Take P&L ownership across the UK site and upcoming European territories
• Track and report on revenue, conversion rate, AOV, sessions and retention, and turn data into actions
• Lead a continuous CRO programme with A/B and multivariate tests across key site flows
• Remove friction across the customer journey and optimise product pages, collections and on-site search
• Run the Shopify site day to day, deliver UX/UI improvements, and manage site speed and SEO
• Lead European site localisation, currency, pricing and UX across markets
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and marketing to align international operations with campaigns
