Job summary

We Build Trades Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Client Growth Consultant to own discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and close new business. You will also support early-stage client onboarding and alignment to ensure a smooth handover into delivery.

In this role you’ll manage CRM records, maintain pipeline discipline, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Account Management to optimize the customer journey from first contact to successful outcome.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to run discovery calls, qualify leads, and close new business.
• Strong objection handling and confidence guiding prospects toward a decision.
• High level of organisation with strong CRM discipline and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience selling marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO).

Responsibilities

• Own discovery calls and qualify opportunities through a structured process.
• Close new business and manage the sales journey from first contact to close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
• Lead kickoff meetings and ensure smooth handover to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Account Management to support onboarding.
