Job summary

SetSales is looking for a Head of Client Success to lead and scale the client success and operations teams at an exciting growth stage. You will report to the Founder/CEO and partner across departments to drive customer success and revenue growth.

You will shape strategy, mentor leaders, implement scalable processes, and internationalize operations to support rapid market expansion. The role offers high impact and strong growth potential in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Experience leading client success, operations or growth in a startup.
• Proven ability to scale teams and processes across markets.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience applying automation to scale operations.
