Job summary

We Build Trades Ltd. seeks a CRM Support Coordinator to assist clients on the Leads Hub CRM platform, handling onboarding and ongoing guidance to maximise value.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and a focus on data accuracy, with close collaboration with the CRM & Automation Specialist and other teams. The position is office-based in the United Kingdom, offering training, a clear career path, and a supportive, fast-paced environment focused on helping trade businesses

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms or customer management systems.
• Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and maintain accurate data.
• Experience creating documentation or training materials for software systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for client questions about Leads Hub CRM platform.
• Provide day-to-day support and onboarding assistance to clients.
• Guide users through core functionality: pipelines, contacts, workflows, SMS/email tools, reporting.
• Collaborate with CRM & Automation Specialist on complex issues and testing.
• Support internal teams with CRM tasks and data management.
• Create and maintain onboarding guides, training materials and process documentation.
