Job summary

Maen Karne / GRS is seeking an Internal Sales Co-ordinator at our Melbur, Fraddon offices in the Building Materials division. Reporting to the Internal Sales & Shipping Manager, you will price inbound/outbound enquiries and secure new orders.

You will maximise existing customer relationships, chase quotations, upsell within pricing, and maintain accurate records while meeting KPIs for proactive calls and contact activity.

Qualifications

• Organised, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Netsuite systems.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the business world is advantageous.
• Good computer skills, including Excel.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for actioning customer enquiries.
• Providing pricing in line with company procedures.
• Proactively chasing pipeline to obtain feedback and prospection.
• Converting enquiries into orders and upselling within pricing.
• Regularly contacting stockists to ensure supply.
• Keeping product knowledge up to date and accurate for customers.
• Ensuring customer records and systems are up to date and compliant.
• Carrying out reasonable duties as required.
