Job summary

GRS Group in Melbur, Fraddon, is seeking an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to price incoming and outgoing enquiries and convert them into orders within the Building Materials division. You will work with the Sales Representative to maximise existing relationships and win new business.

You will chase quotes, provide timely pricing, and maintain customer records while meeting KPIs for proactive calls and contact activity. A can-do attitude and strong team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Organised and results-driven with a real eagerness to grow in a sales-focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Netsuite systems; ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pricing incoming/outbound enquiries and following up to secure new orders.
• Developing existing business and pursuing new prospects alongside the Sales Representative.
• Maintain accurate customer records and up-to-date pricing and quotations.
