GRS Group is seeking a Senior Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Bristol team. This office-based role focuses on building relationships with customers, hauliers and suppliers to maximise orders in volume and profit.

You will handle quotations, tenders and live files, with occasional cold calling and social media input as directed. The role emphasizes a proactive sales mentality, strong communication, and reliable teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Organised, self-motivated and results-driven with a sales focus.
• Sales and marketing background in construction industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, hauliers and suppliers to maximise orders in volume and profit.
• Provide quotations and manage tender/live file with timeliness and professionalism.
• Occasional cold calling and social media input as directed by directors.
• Provide monthly updates with a summary of tender/live orders per sales area.
• Promote company image and develop customer/company relationships.
