Job summary

GRS Group in Bristol is seeking a Senior Internal Sales Coordinator for an office-based role, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. You will build relationships with customers, hauliers and suppliers, securing maximum orders in volume and profit while growing the business and pro-actively creating opportunities.

You will work closely with sales managers, handle tenders, and maintain accurate commercial information, with a focus on delivering strong sales results and customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing background in the construction industry required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with external sales managers to ensure timely quotations and tender handling.
• Interact with customers to identify tender live dates and winners.
• Perform specified sales tasks, including some cold calling and social media input.
• Provide monthly updates with summaries of tenders and live orders by sales area.
• Promote the company image and develop customer relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized business and resolve sales queries.
• Conduct weekly meetings with sales managers to set weekly goals.
• Drive a sales-focused mindset and maintain high service levels.
