You will manage and develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise revenue and satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Follow up on incoming enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Process orders accurately within the ERP system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and be the main contact for clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
