Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Camberley is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy automotive business. You will manage customers through the service and repair journey, book vehicles into the workshop and provide clear updates.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with a £30,000 basic salary and £36,000 OTE plus service-plan commission, this role offers strong earning potential without weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as automotive service advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of service and aftersales operations.
• Confident in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Professional and organised approach.
• Experience with service plans and upselling.
• Experience using automotive dealer management systems.
• Previous main dealership experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
• Provide updates on vehicle progress and completion times.
• Liaise with Technicians and Workshop team.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices when required.
• Identify and maximise service-plan opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
