Perfect Placement UK Ltd, on behalf of a reputable family-run dealership in Guildford, is seeking a Service Advisor with automotive experience to join their friendly team. You will understand customer service needs, book workshops and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth job completion.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 6pm (with one late finish at 6:30pm), a competitive base salary of £33,000 with an OTE up to £38,000, and clear opportunities for career development

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by understanding their vehicle service needs and providing professional advice
• Manage workshop bookings and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
• Upsell additional services and parts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Process warranty claims and complete relevant administrative documentation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information
• Promote repeat business through a consultative and customer-focused approach
