The Popeyes UK&I is seeking standout Assistant General Managers to lead from the front. You are a proven operator who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants and will be the right hand to the GM, driving results across people, profit, and guest experience.

You will manage and develop teams, ensure food safety standards, recruit top talent, and sustain a culture that motivates staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
