Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in a high-volume environment and drive guest experience. You’ll report to the GM and help deliver people, profit, and standards across the restaurant.

You will assist in running the operation, coach and develop a winning team, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance while staying adaptable in a fast-paced setting. Opportunities for growth via Popeyes University abound.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant GM in a branded, high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and have performance discussions with teams.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing costs and labour efficiently.

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver food quality, speed, and guest experience standards.
• Support the GM in building a winning plan and achieving performance goals.
