You will recruit and coach staff, optimise labour and costs, ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance, and foster a warm, inclusive culture. This role offers clear progression through Popeyes University and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading results through teams, coaching and training.
• Track record of hitting sales targets and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
