Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Proven ability to coach, train and have constructive conversations to drive results.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing costs and compliance with food safety and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support the GM in building a winning plan and achieving performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.
• Create an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent and build future leaders.
• Bring energy and ensure service runs smoothly while maintaining culture.
• Take the reins when the GM is away and pursue personal development.
