Popeyes UK & I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the team in Bolton, driving guest experience, quality and speed of service. You will act as right-hand to the GM, delivering strong results across people, profit and standards.

You’ll coach and develop staff, manage costs, and ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy culture. A clear path to future leadership awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience as AGM or Restaurant GM in branded high-volume QSR.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling and inventory systems.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
