Popeyes UK&I is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. You will partner with the GM to drive sales, optimize people and cost performance, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience coaching, training and having honest conversations with teams.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes' outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Be the role model-set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.
• Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent—you'll know how to build a dream team + pipeline future talent.
