Popeyes UK&I in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front, partnering with the GM to drive people, profit, and guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You’ll set tone, uphold standards, coach teams, and deliver outstanding service and food quality.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, manage costs, and ensure food safety and legal compliance while staying hungry for personal growth and leadership opportunities with Popeyes University.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading results through teams, coaching, training and honest conversations.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.

Responsabilités

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.
• Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent—you’ll know how to build a dream team + pipeline future talent.
