Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, training and conducting honest performance conversations.
• Track record of achieving sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and achieving performance goals
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation
• Be the role model—set the tone, maintain high standards, and inspire your team
• Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent and build a robust talent pipeline
